Stephanie Lebold was born and raised in a small town on the West Coast, Turner, Oregon. She was raised in a family of multi-generational home builders and is no stranger when it comes to real estate. During her childhood, if she wasn't sweeping up construction debris she could be found helping her dad install light switch plates. It was also in Oregon, where she was introduced to the wonderful world of snow and water skiing. Stephanie and her family decided to move to Park City in 2009, when a new opportunity arose. She and her family love to be outdoors, so when this opportunity presented itself, it was an easy decision. It was then they fell in love with what Park City has to offer year-round. In addition to being an active member of her community, Stephanie's a Level 2 Ski Instructor and holds her Children's Specialist 2 designation. She spends time on the mountain teaching young children how to ski, with the hope to share her passion for the sport. Together with their two children, Stephanie and her husband also enjoy mountain biking all over Park City's Wasatch Mountains, water skiing, and snow skiing. Stephanie started her career in Real Estate in 2006, with experience expanding over three states, Utah, Georgia, and her native state of Oregon. She graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Housing Design. Stephanie used her knowledge and training to excel as a Realtor for more than a decade. In addition, she has also spent time working on the contract and administrative side of the business. Stephanie holds her Associate Broker license with Engel & Völkers, Park City. She is loyal, driven, and has extensive knowledge to do the very best for her clients. Stephanie knows what it takes to communicate and successfully close a transaction making the buying/selling experience a positive one!
